Date: 6th February 2016
Competition: BIG LIFT COMBO
Venue: Valley Leisure Centre, Newtownabbey
Info: This is the competition for those who are particularly good in a lift to shine. The lifter can choose any combination of the three power lifts to participate in on the day.
Trophies: Best Squat, Best Bench, Best Deadlift. This will be decided on best Wilks score across all age categories and genders.
Records: NIPF/GBPF bench any comp and deadlift any comp records may be set.

Competition: ROOKIE POWER
Venue: Viking Barbell Studfio - Valley Leisure Centre, Newtownabbey
Info: This is a competition style session for Novice Lifters and will be hosted in the Viking Barbell studio. This will allow the lifters to lift in a more relaxed atmosphere to get used to the equipment and have their lifts judged by NIPF referees. This is aimed at lifters with zero competition experience or for lifters who have competed in one or two competitions in the last year.
